Booking Conditions: Full payment is required to confirm booking. A cancellation fee is charged to the value of the booking if the customer cancels. Jorge Barefoot – Wine & Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings being received and a full refund applies. Pickup locations must be confirmed by passengers before booking. Passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at the wineries.
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, Jorge Barefoot – Wine & Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, inconvenience, delay or stolen property whilst on tour. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times. We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tours if the pickup location is changed and we are not advised. We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tours or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Jorge Barefoot – Wine & Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Service providers: While we thrive on making sure our package deals meet your expectations, we take no responsibility for unexpected changes such as, but not limited to, changes by individual service providers, venue closure, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, road closures etc.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees do apply due to the selected date being blocked from further bookings and to the nature of our private and small group tours. Cancellation or Change of Date outside of 7 days of departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board, Change of Date or Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. We know this can be tough, but we need time to communicate with many different sources already committed. Jorge Barefoot – Wine & Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Refunds are not provided for wet or changing weather conditions.
