Established in 2018, this intimate venue began as my personal office, reimagined into a cozy space where locals and travelers can savor exceptional food, fine wine, and an authentic connection to the region.

O’Porco is now a more exclusive experience, operated personally by me when I’m not leading tours. With a shift to a reservation-only format, the bar offers a tailored, intimate atmosphere where every detail is crafted with care.
